Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds & Returns

Full-priced items: Eligible for a full refund when returned in accordance with this policy.

Final sale items: Eligible for store credit only, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, compensation will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that the time required for a returned item to reach our facility may vary depending on the customer's location and the shipping carrier. Refunds can only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Failed delivery attempts

• Refusal of delivery

The customer may be responsible for reshipping costs, where applicable and permitted by law.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After this period, orders may already have entered processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancellation Fee
